FAQ

Terms: All shipments are checked twice before leaving. Please check all orders carefully upon arrival and notify us by phone within two working days if there are any shortages. You must notify your carrier if damage occurs in shipment.

Pricing: We will work hard to maintain the lowest competitive prices. Please let us know if  you do not see a price for an item or other pricing errors.

Returns: Prior authorization must be received before returning any merchandise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on merchandise held over 30 days. A 10% re-stocking charge will be assessed on all returned merchandise that was not sent in error by www.floralandweddingsupplies.com or is not defective. Seasonal/holiday merchandise is non-returnable.
